To make Green Beans With Roasted Red Pepper And Walnut Oil, you'll need:
  • 6 cups fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup diced roasted red pepper = (use from the jar)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 tsp walnut oil

Method

  • In a large pot of boiling water add the green beans and blanch for 2 minutes
  • Drain and rinse the beans with cold water.
