To make Grilled Flank Steak With Horseradish Sauce, you'll need:
  • 1 lb beef flank steak
  • 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 sourdough rolls split
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves

Method

  • Place flank steak in large resealable plastic food storage bag
  • Add soy sauce vinegar garlic and pepper
  • Close bag securely; turn to coat
  • Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
