To make Grilled Salmon With Yogurt Dill Sauce, you'll need:

  • 1/2 lb salmon filets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced dill
  • 1 tbsp minced scallions

Method

  • In a large bowl marinate the salmon in the oil lemon juice and parsley for 30 minutes.
