Ingredients
To make Guacamole, you'll need:
  • 2 large ripe avocados peeled pit removed and mashed
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 medium jalapeño chile peppers seeded chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 medium garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients blending well
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours.
