To make Hero Wraps, you'll need:
  • 6
  • 98% fat-free tortillas - (6
  • 1/2" dia) Prepared hot mustard as needed
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 turkey slices - (1 oz ea)
  • 6 slices low-fat low-salt ham - (1 oz ea)
  • 6 slices low-fat low-salt Swiss-style cheese (1 oz ea)
  • 2 tomatoes - (abt
  • 1 lb total) seeded diced
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups alfalfa sprouts

Method

  • Place the tortillas on a work surface spread with mustard
  • Place the turkey ham and cheese on top along with tomatoes and alfalfa sprouts
  • Bring the sides of the wrap in and then roll up to from an envelope
  • Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
