Homemade Coleslaw

Ingredients
To make Homemade Coleslaw, you'll need:
- 350g white cabbage
- 350g red cabbage (you can use juse white cabbage if you wish)
- 4 spring onions
- 2 medium carrots
- Fresh coriander to serve
DRESSING: - 4 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Juice and zest of a lime
Method
- After removing the core of the red and white cabbages, finely slice them to the same thickness. Then, throw the cabbage in a large bowl.
- Slice the pring onions finely, grate the carrots and pop them in the same bowl as the cabbage.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, lime juice and zest.
- Pour the dressing onto the coleslaw, mix well and your coleslaw is ready to eat!
