To make Homemade Coleslaw, you'll need:
  • 350g white cabbage
  • 350g red cabbage (you can use juse white cabbage if you wish)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 medium carrots
  • Fresh coriander to serve
DRESSING:
  • 4 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Juice and zest of a lime

Method

  • After removing the core of the red and white cabbages, finely slice them to the same thickness. Then, throw the cabbage in a large bowl.
  • Slice the pring onions finely, grate the carrots and pop them in the same bowl as the cabbage.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, lime juice and zest.
  • Pour the dressing onto the coleslaw, mix well and your coleslaw is ready to eat!
