To make Lamb And Asparagus Dinner, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1
  • 1/2 lb boneless lamb cut into cubes
  • 3 cups steamed sliced asparagus Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat add 1/2 of the wine
  • Bring to a boil and add the garlic and onion saute for 5 minutes
  • Add the lamb and saute for 6 minutes
  • Add the remaining wine and asparagus.
