To make Lemon Charge, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries washed sliced
  • 2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 4 oz artificially-sweetened lemon-flavored low-fat yogurt

Method

  • Using a blender or food processor blend the strawberries and sugar together
  • Slowly pour in the milk and yogurt and blend until frothy
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or a sliced strawberry.
