To make Light And Fruity Cranberry Salad, you'll need:
  • 1 can crushed pineapple - (8 oz) drained reserving juice
  • 1/2 cup Ocean Spray Light Cran-Raspberry raspberry cranberry juice drink
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 package sugar-free raspberry flavored gelatin (03 oz)
  • 1 can Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce (16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

Method

  • Combine reserved pineapple juice cranberry raspberry juice and lemon juice in a medium saucepan
  • Bring to a boil
  • Remove from heat
  • Add gelatin stirring until it is completely dissolved.
