To make Light Hot Fudge Sundaes, you'll need:

  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk plus
  • 2 tbsp evaporated skim milk
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

Method

  • Combine sugar cocoa cornstarch and instant coffee in a medium saucepan.= =0AGradually stir in the milk
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium h= eat=0Astirring constantly until it thickens
  • Remove from heat and stir = in=0Amargarine and vanilla; keep stirring until margarine is melted
  • To = serve=0Ascoop 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into individual serving bowls and t= op evenly with=0Ahot fudge sauce.
