To make Lime And Mint Granita, you'll need:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 limes juiced

Method

  • Bring the water to a simmer and add the mint leaves
  • Let the mint leaves simmer for 10 to 12 minutes
  • Strain the liquid onto the sugar
  • Mix well
  • Add the lime juice and allow the mixture to cool.
