  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup nonfat powdered milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1/2 tsp liquid sugar substitute

Method

  • In a small skillet add the water; sprinkle gelatin on top.
