To make Low-Fat Buffalo Wings, you'll need:

  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 lb chicken tenders Celery sticks DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • In a shallow bowl combine the hot sauce cayenne and paprika
  • Roll the chicken tenders in the mixture.
