To make Low-Fat Chicken Tostadas, you'll need:

  • 1/2 lb cooked chicken breasts = (any method of cooking will do)
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 6 flour tortillas - (6" dia)
  • 6 tbsp fat-free sour cream
  • 6 tbsp salsa
  • 6 tbsp fat-free cheddar or jack cheese

Method

  • Combine the chicken lettuce peppers tomatoes and onions in a large bowl.
