To make Low-Fat Italian Dressing, you'll need:
  • 500 tb Frozen apple juice -concentrate thawed 025 c Cider vinegar 025 c Lemon juice
  • 100 cl Garlic minced 050 ts Onion powder 050 ts Paprika 050 ts Dried mustard 050 ts Oregano 025 ts Dried basil 013 ts Dried tyyme 013 ts Crushed dried rosemary

Method

  • In a jar with a tight-fitting lid mix all of the ingredients
  • Chill several hours or overnight
  • Shake well before serving
