  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni cooked
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
