To make Many-Layered Vegetable Bake, you'll need:
  • 100 c Sliced carrots
  • 1/8" thick
  • 1000 oz Pkg frozen French-style -green beans thawed and -drained
  • 100 c Thinly sliced sweet red -pepper
  • 100 c Thinly sliced onions
  • 200 c Sliced mushrooms 025 ts Garlic powder
  • 100 tb Driedparsley flakes 013 ts Salt 013 ts Pepper
  • 100 lb Can Stewed Tomatoes

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375~.
  • Lightly oil a 2 quart casserole dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
  • In casserole - layer veggies in the following order: carrots green beans red pepper onions and then mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle spices evenly over veggies.
  • Spoon stewed tomatoes and their liquid over the veggies evenly breaking up large pieces of the tomatoes.
  • Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.
  • NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per serving: 47 calories 2 1/4 vegetable servings 2 g protein 0 g fat 11 g carbohydrate 186 mg sodium 0 mg cholesterol.
