To make Meatloaf, you'll need:
  • 1 lb ground skinless turkey breast
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion minced
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 slices white bread lightly toasted and made into coarse crumbs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp water

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
