To make Merry Berry Breakfast, you'll need:
  • 150g quinoa
  • 600ml almond milk, unsweetened
  • 200ml water
  • 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g  strawberries

Method

  • Chop the nuts roughly.
  • Boil the milk, quinoa, and water in a saucepan. Then lower to a medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add in the desiccated coconut and mix well.
  • To plate up, divide the mixture into 4 bowls and top with blueberries and strawberries.
  • Truly delectable!
