Ingredients
To make Molded Cranberry Salad, you'll need:
  • 050 tb Unflavored gelatin
  • 100 c Diet ginger ale
  • 100 c Cranberriescoarsely chopped 050 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 100 ts Grated orange peel
  • 250 ts Sweetener or sugar 025 c Finely chopped celery 025 Medium apple chopped

Method

  • Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tb ginger ale; let stand 5 min to soften
  • Combine remaining ginger ale cranberries lemon juice and orange peel in a saucepan
  • Bring quickly to a boil
  • Remove from heat
  • Add softened gelatin and sweetener; stir until gelatin dissolves
  • Chill until partially set
  • Stir in celery and apple
  • Spoon into a rinsed mold
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
