To make Mushroom Starter Salads, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp Mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1
  • 1/2 tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 1
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley chopped finely
  • 1
  • 1/2 tbsp Chives chopped
  • 1 tsp Castor sugar
  • 12 oz Mushrooms thinly sliced

Method

  • Whisk together mustard oil vinegar parsley chives sugar
  • Add mushrooms toss
  • Cover refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
  • Spoon into dishes serve.
