Ingredients
To make New England Soup, you'll need:
  • 100 Onion; chopped
  • 200 cl Garlic; minced
  • 100 Carrot; sliced
  • 100 Green pepper; diced
  • 100 c Broccoli; diced
  • 100 cn Tomatoes (16oz) low-sodium ***** drained
  • 100 cn Tomato sauce (8oz) low- -sodium 050 c Macaroni; uncooked
  • 100 cn Pinto beans (16oz)
  • 200 c -water
  • 100 tb Oregano
  • 150 ts Black pepper
  • 150 ts Basil

Method

  • 1. In a large non-stick pot saute saute onion amd garlic until soft
  • 2. Stir in the remainding ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender and macaroni is cooked
  • Stir frequently
  • 3. Serve piping hot.
