Ingredients
To make Noodle Supreme Salad, you'll need:
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 oz wide noodles
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 3 tbsp low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 oz tuna canned in water drained
  • 2 tbsp shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Method

  • Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan
  • Add noodles and peas and cook uncovered for 5 minutes
  • Drain
  • Combine noodles peas soup and drained tuna
  • Mix lightly
  • Cool for 30 minutes
  • Add red cabbage and tomatoes
  • Season with pepper and salt
  • Ser ve on lettuce leaf and garnish with chopped green onion.
