To make Okra And Tomatoes, you'll need:
  • 200 c Okra 025 c Vinegar
  • 200 c Tomatoes; cut into
  • 1/8's
  • 100 c Onions; coarsely chopped 050 c Green Pepper; coarsely chop Sprig Parsley chopped
  • 100 tb Mint; chopped
  • 100 ts Garlic Powder Salt and Pepper to taste Veg Cooking Spray

Method

  • Soak okra in vinegar for 5 min.
  • Drain.
  • Pat okra slightly dry.
  • Combine all ingred.
  • (except vinegar) in baking dish coated w/ vegetable cooking spray.
  • Cover.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 min.
