To make Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes, you'll need:
  • 3 medium baking potatoes peeled cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tbs Butter Buds®
  • 2 tbs Molly McButter®
  • 1/2 cup
  • 2% milk more or less salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Place potato chunks in medium saucepan and add water to top of potatoes.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Drain add butter milk and pepper.
  • Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
  • Salt if desired.
