To make Orange And Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, you'll need:
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 lb baby carrots
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch freshly-ground white pepper

Method

  • In a large pan bring the butter and water to a boil over high heat
  • Add the carrots and reduce the heat to a simmer
  • Allow the water to reduce by half then add the orange juice and honey
  • Continue to simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until the carrots are tender
  • Remove the carrots and set aside.
