To make Orange Five-Spice Chicken, you'll need:
  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Orange zest juice of
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 tsp Five-spice powder
  • 1/8 tsp Finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Rice wine vinegar

Method

  • Mix together zest juice five-=spice powder ginger and vinegar
  • Pour over chicken breasts placed in casserole dish
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cover dish and bake for 40-45 minutes
  • Serve hot over rice with about a Tablespoon of juices poured over each serving
  • Serves 2
