To make Orange Ginger Salmon, you'll need:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar

Method

  • Combine the orange juice lemon juice ginger soy sauce sugar and wine in a shallow pan.
