To make Orange Tapioca, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 3 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 large egg beaten = (or
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 orange peeled seeded and diced

Method

  • Combine the milk tapioca egg sugar and salt in a small nonstick saucepan
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
