To make Oven-Baked Herb Potatoes, you'll need:
  • 2 medium Baking potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano

Method

  • Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Brush the slices with the vegetable oil.
  • Place in baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with thyme and oregano.
  • Bake in 400 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
