To make Pasta With Grilled Shrimp And Pineapple Salsa, you'll need:
  • PINEAPPLE SALSA
  • 1/2 large pineapple peeled cored and chopped = (or
  • 2 [15-oz] cans pineapple chunks drained)
  • 1 large red pepper chopped
  • 1 large red onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice PASTA WITH GRILLED SHRIMP
  • 1
  • 1/2 lb deveined peeled large shrimp
  • 6 cups cooked rotini noodles

Method

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the salsa
  • Set aside.
