To make Pickled Onion Rings, you'll need:
  • 050 lg Onion Boiling water 050 c Vinegar white or cider 050 c Water
  • 250 tb Sugar 025 ts Salt
  • 200 dr Hot pepper sauce

Method

  • Cut onion into thin slices
  • Separate into rings and put into a two cup sterilized jar
  • Pour boiling water over to cover onions
  • Allow to cool then drain.
