Ingredients
To make Pumpkin Parfait, you'll need:
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 package sugar-free non-fat vanilla pudding
  • 4 serving size
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 cup skim milk

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixer bowl
  • Place in parfait glasses and chill until set.
