To make Quick Egg And Hamwich, you'll need:
  • 1 hamburger or hot dog bun
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 oz reduced-fat ham slice
  • 1 slice fat-free cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp margarine

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Peel and slice egg
  • Place egg slices on bottom half of bun and top with ham and cheese if desired.
