To make Quick French Onion Soup, you'll need:
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups sliced onion rings
  • 6 small melba toast rounds
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and onion rings
  • Cover and simmer gently for 25 to 30 minutes.
