Ingredients
To make Quinoa, you'll need:
  • 2 tsp Virgin olive oil
  • 2 large Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 cup Quinoa 

Method

  • Place three quarters of a cup of quinoa and one and a half cups of cold water (or Vegetarian broth) in a saucepan over high heat.
  • Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until water has absorbed. Drain and then rinse with warm water.
  • In a pan saute the garlic 
  • Transfer the Quinoa to the pan, stir and cook for a further 2 minutes
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve.
