To make Ranch Stuffed Potatoes, you'll need:
  • 400 lg Baking potatoe 050 c Kraft Lite reduced Calorie -Mayonnaise 025 c (1 oz) Kraft
  • 100% grated -parmesean cheese
  • 300 tb Chopped fresh parsley 025 ts Pepper 025 c Kraft *FREE* Ranch Non-fat -Dressing

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Pierce potatoes and bake 1 hour or until tender cool to touch.
  • Cut slice from top of each potato.
  • Scoop out pulp leaving 1/4 inch shell.
  • Mash potatoes.
  • Add mayonnaise dressing 3 tbls.
  • cheese parsley and pepper - beat until fluffy.
  • Fill shells.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Pierce potatoes place on paper towel.
  • Microwave on High for 15 to 17 minutes turning & rotating several times.
  • Wrap in foil & let sit 5 min.
  • Remove foil - prepare as above and fill shells as directed.
  • Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through - rotating plate after 3 min.
