To make Raspberry Melba Sauce, you'll need:
  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 6 tsp Sugar Or Sugar substitute = To
  • 6 ts sugar

Method

  • In a small saucepan combine raspberries and 1 tb of the water
  • Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer until the berries start to fall apart
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the water
  • add to berries and cook until mixture thickens about 1 minute
  • Remove from heat
  • Strain mixture and stir in sugar
  • Serve over any fruit or frozen dietary dessert.
