Ingredients
To make Raspberry Sauce, you'll need:
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries = (or thawed frozen unsweetened raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1
  • 1/4 tsp Equal Measure = (or
  • 4 packets Equal sweetener or
  • 3 tbspns Equal Spoonful)
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated orange peel

Method

  • Place raspberries in blender container; blend until smooth
  • Strain through sieve; discard seeds
  • Stir orange juice Equal and orange peel into pureed berries.
