To make Red Pepper Hummus, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas drained
  • 2 roasted red peppers see * Note
  • 1 tbsp sesame tahini
  • 2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 dash cayene pepper Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • * Note: Purchase roasted red peppers in a jar from the condiment aisle in the grocery store.
