To make Red Rice, you'll need:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce - (8-oz can)
  • 1 green bell pepper seeded chopped

Method

  • Boil the water in a large saucepan
  • Add the bouillon cube and stir.
