To make Roasted Potatoes With Thyme And Rosemary, you'll need:
  • 6 small russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 10 rosemary sprigs
  • 10 thyme sprigs Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut each potato in half
  • Place in a baking dish
  • Cover the potatoes with oil wine herbs pepper and salt.
