To make Romaine Red Onion And Fennel Salad, you'll need:
  • 6 oz Romaine lettuce
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups shredded fennel bulb - (abt
  • 1 lg)
  • 1 cup cauliflowerets
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions TART LIME DRESSING
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Method

  • Wash dry and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces
  • Arrange lettuce pieces in a salad bowl; toss with shredded fennel cauliflowerets and red onion.
