To make Root Beer Frosty, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 6 oz diet root beer
  • 1/4 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor
  • Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
