To make Russian Dressing No.1 - Diet, you'll need:
  • 033 c Reduced-calorie Mayonnaise
  • 133 c Plain low-fat yogurt 033 c Tomato juice plain or Spicy
  • 100 tb Lemon or lime juice
  • 200 tb Finely minced chives Or onions (or
  • 2 tsp dried)
  • 300 pk Equal 025 ts Chili powder

Method

  • Put all ingredients ina bowl
  • Blend ingredients with a fork or wire whisk
  • Put in a covered container and store in refrigerator
  • Best when used within 1 week
  • Makes 1 cup or 16 servings
