  • 3 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

  • Drain salmon and separate into chunks; set aside.
