Ingredients
To make Salmon Dip, you'll need:
  • 1 can (7 3/4 oz) salmon
  • 2 tbsp Minced green onions
  • 1/4 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or salad dress
  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Drain and flake the salmon
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
  • Serve with raw vegetable dippers such as: zucchini carrots pea pods cherry tomatoes cauliflowerets broccoli florets etc.
