Ingredients
To make Salmon Spread, you'll need:
  • 16 oz canned salmon skin and bones removed well drained
  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Flake the salmon and combine it with all the ingredients
  • Chill before serving with your favorite crackers.
