To make Sauteed Watercress, you'll need:
  • 5 bunch fresh watercress
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Method

  • Cut any coarse stems off the watercress.
  • Wash the watercress leaves and thoroughly dry them.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
  • Add the onion and saut‚ for 1 minute.
  • Add the watercress and stir-fry, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the cayenne pepper and serve.
