Ingredients
To make Scallop And Shrimp Kabobs, you'll need:
  • 1 lb tails-on shelled large shrimp
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1 medium red pepper cut into
  • 1" pieces
  • 1 medium green pepper cut into
  • 1" pieces
  • 12 fresh pineapple wedges - (2" ea)
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp lite soy sauce

Method

  • If using wooden skewers soak 6 of them in warm water for 15 minutes
  • This prevents the skewers from catching on fire while the kabobs cook
  • Then thread the shrimp scallops peppers and pineapple on the skewers.
